This is a text description of Figure 6-19, "Remote APPC LU Properties Options".

The text surrounding the figure describes the use of this dialog box. The figure is a screen capture image and contains example data that may not match your system. You must make selections appropriate for your system. The title bar label is "Remote APPC LU Properties".

This is the same dialog box described in figure 6-18. The client area^* has two tabs. The second tab has been selected, and it has two sections of data. At the bottom is a row of three buttons. The tabs are labeled "General" and "Options" (selected).

The first line has a check box (checked) followed by the label "Supports Parallel Sessions" (the "S" of Supports is underlined). The second line has the phrase "Implicit Incoming Mode" (the "I" of Implicit is underlined) followed by a drop-down list box with the entry "<None>".

The next section is a group box with the label "Session-Level Security". This group box has three radio buttons. The first radio button (selected) is followed by the label "No Session-Level Security" (the "N" is underlined). The next radio button is followed by the label "Security Key in Hex" (the "H" is underlined), which is followed by the term "Security Key:" (the "K" is underlined) followed by an edit box with no entry. The term "Security Key:" is displayed with gray letters to indicate that this selection is not available (because the radio button has not been selected). The third radio button in this section has the label "Security Key in Characters" (the "C" is underlined), which is followed by the term "Verify Key:" (the "V" is underlined), followed by an edit box with no entry. The term "Verify Key:" is also displayed with gray letters (because its radio button has not been selected).

The three buttons are labeled: "OK", "Cancel", and "Help".
